This age group is marked by a significant cognitive, social and emotional development. Children of this age are starting to think more abstract, to develop personal interests and to navigate in the complexities of relationships with their peers. This is a key period to cultivate autonomy, resilience and curiosity, thus preparing the ground for the years of adolescence to come.
Encourage their insatiable curiosity and their thirst to learn. Each project
school, each philosophical question, each devoured book is one more step
towards a deeper understanding of their environment and themselves. These
years are crucial to developing confidence, critical thinking and
Resilience.

Be there to guide them through
their successes and challenges,
listening to their reflections and supporting their passions. Your parent role is now evolving
to that of advisor
and confidant.
During the formative years of 8 to 12 years of your child, you evolve as parents, by developing a deeper listening and a balanced guidance, while supporting the growing independence and the intellectual explorations of your child.
